Home1. Return Period
You can return items purchased from our online store within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they are faulty:
• Lingerie and undergarments
• Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)
• Earrings and hair accessories
6. Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within the same 14 day period. Refunds for sale items will be processed at the sale price.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items and provide a replacement or a full refund.
8. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This period allows you to inspect the goods as you would in a store. You must inform us of your decision to cancel the order within this period.
9. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
10. How to Return Items
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at sabrina@imagineboutique.co.uk to initiate a return.
2. Repackage the item securely, including your proof of purchase.
3. Send the item to the following address: Imagine Boutique , Unit 6 Tilly Mead Commercial Road , Swanage , Dorset BH19 1DF.
11. Processing Returns
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or send out the replacement item as requested.
